You heard my cry!

Oh Lord, You have heard the cry of your servant and answered!
As the morning sun rises in the sky,
You have renewed your servant's strength.
Yesterday I was but dead
Weary to the bone,
I had not the strength to lift my head.

But this morning as I arose,
my spirit rejoiced in You!
Like an eagle soars in the skies
and the sun rises in the heavens,
so my strength was renewed!

How my heart sings your praise,
oh Mighty King!
I give glory to You, my Savior
worshiping your holy name!
Yesterday I was dead,
today I am alive in You!

My heart overflows with your love!
That You heard your servant's cries
and came to her rescue!
Great are your Lord
and worthy to be praised!
My all sing of your greatness,
from the mountains to the valleys to the ocean shores!
Let all who hear
know You are God!
There is none like You -
not on earth, nor in the heavens!
You alone are Almighty God!
